Proximus combines Luxembourg operations

Belgian operator Proximus has combined its Luxembourg subsidiaries Telindus and Tango to create a single converged operator spanning fixed and mobile for businesses and consumers.

Proximus Luxembourg will combine business-focused Telindus and consumer-focused Tango to deliver mobile, fixed telephony, TV and Internet services

The new company will be under the leadership of Gérard Hoffmann, CEO, and Jean-François Willame, Co-CEO and Integration Officer and will be structured around an overarching HQ entity, and enterprise business unit headed by Hoffmann, and a consumer business unit headed by Willame.
