Simplestream to showcase live-to-VOD solutions

Live-streaming specialist Simplestream is due to showcase its live-to-VOD solutions at TV Connect in London this week.

The company will demo its latest Media Manager, Platform Services, Media Hub and Media Manager products at the event, and highlight how broadcasters and content providers can maximise their share of the OTT market.

“Our mission is to ensure that every content provider can extend the reach of their content across every platform and device in the most cost-effective and competitive way possible,” said Simplestream commercial director, Dan Finch.

Simplestream’s Media Manager is a solution for live-streaming, TV everywhere, catch-up and live-to-VOD offerings; Platform Services lets broadcasters can deliver catch-up services to platforms such as YouView, Freeview Play and Freesat; while Simplestream’s Media Hub is designed for telcos and broadcasters to deploy online TV services across multiple platforms and territories.
