TV Markiza ends standard-definition broadcast of two channels

Central European Media Enterprises-owned Slovakian commercial channel TV Markiza has ended standard-definition satellite transmission of its Doma and Dajto channels.

M7 Group pay TV operator Skylink said that the channels would continue to be available in their HD versions as part of its HD package.

The HD channels are available SES’s Astra satellite at 23.5° East.
