Russia Today said it has now exceeded three billion video views and three million subscribers across all of its YouTube channels.
The news broadcaster runs a number of YouTube channels, including its main English-language channel; channels in Russian, Chinese, Spanish, Arabic, French and German; a RT Sport channel; and a RT Documentary channel.
Russia Today claims that its YouTube output has now received twice as many views as CNN, three times as many as Euronews and nearly 10 times more than the BBC. The broadcaster first launched on the site in 2007.
