Russian pay TV operator NTV+ has added homegrown dance music channel Dange TV to its programming line-up and has replaced ID Investigation Discovery with ID Xtra.
Dange TV features electronic and dance music, festival coverage and other content around the clock and is included in NTV+’s basic, basic-plus and light packages across European Russia and Ukraine. Owner Bridge Media provides four youth-oriented channels – Bridge TV, Rusong TV, Dange TV and Topsong TV.
Discovery launched female-focused ID Xtra in its CEMEEA region last year to complement the Investigation Discovery brand.
Separately, cable operator Akado has added ID Xtra to its TV offering as part of its World Knowledge package.
