Sony becomes first TV manufacturer to offer YouView

KD-65X9000C_[2]Sony is set to become the first TV manufacturer to offer the YouView connected TV service via an integrated TV set, with the launch of the service on Sony Bravia 2015 TVs scheduled for November 4.

The YouView service will go live on the current generation of Android-based Sony Bravia TVs via an automatic update, providing users with access to services including BBC iPlayer, All 4, ITV Player and Demand 5.
