Canal+ makes further changes as Vivendi integration gathers pace

Canal+ has announced further management changes as the wave of moves initiated by Vivendi chairman Vincent Bolloré continues, highlighting the tighter integration of the two operations.

Frédéric Crépin, secretary-general of Vivendi, has taken the same post at the pay TV outfit.

Mathieu Peyceré, head of human resources at Vivendi, Vincent Vallejo, head of audit and Stéphanie Ferrier, director of general services have also all taken on the same functions at Canal+.
