Orange adds Eurochannel to TV line-up

Orange in France is to add Eurochannel to its TV line-up from August 20.

The channel, which will be part of Orange’s movie service, offers a range of original programming comprising movies, short films, music content and documentaries of European origin.

The channel was originally created by Abril Group in Brazil, before being acquired by French thematic channel provider MultiThématiques and Vivendi in 2000. The channel is available via Eutelsat and is distributed in France, parts of central and eastern Europe and Africa.
