Russia service provider Komkor, which operates under the Akado Telecom brand in the Moscow region, has made two key senior appointments.
Akado has named Nikolai Kuzmenko as deputy CEO. Kuzmenko will focus mostly on enterprise business lines, technology strategy and network development. He was previously chief engineer and deputy CEO at Gazprom Telecom.
Akado has also named Andrei Agayev as head of sales and consumer services, in charge of sales and marketing and subscriber retention.
Agayev was previously head of the Ryazan branch of service provider Rostelecom.
