Multichannel network Rightster has named Shiv Bhaduri as chief product officer.
Bhaduri, who has worked as a consultant for the outfit for the last three months, will be focused on integrating business strategies and initiatives across the organisation to develop a global, comprehensive and integrated roadmap for future direction and financial decisions.
Prior to joining Rightster, he was the general manager of media at WEVE, a UK mobile commerce joint venture between O2, EE and Vodafone.
“Rightster is a hugely exciting business that is at a critical juncture in its development. Digital video businesses and the talent and content they work with are hot property in the current media landscape. Rightster is positioned at the heart of this thriving ecosystem and I am firmly focused on building, delivering and scaling its world class proposition and elevating it to the next level,” said Bhaduri.
“Rightster is at the starting blocks of its next phase of development and is raring to go. As a business, we have ambitious growth plans for the coming months and with his vast knowledge and experience, Shiv is the perfect candidate to help us drive these forward,” said Rightster CEO Patrick Walker, to whom Bhaduri will report.
