Telecom Italia is to use the TIM brand hitherto used for mobile services across all its consumer offerings.
All fixed telephony, internet and mobile services will now be marketed under the TIM brand, which was created 20 years ago. Telecom Italia has revamped the tim.it website and integrated it with the its telecomitalia.it site.
The tim.it site includes a dedicated area for advanced services including Smart Life, encompassing TV and entertainment, health and fitness, home and the family and personal services.
The launch is being accompanied by a new advertising campaign, with online material already on air and print advertising to follow next week.
