Euronews extends German reach

Euronews logoNews channel Euronews has secured expanded its carriage with German cable operator Tele Columbus to reach a total of 900,000 homes across the country.

Subscribers of Tele Columbus’ networks in the Berlin-Brandenburg, Saxony-Anhalt, Saxony, Thuringia, North Rhine-Westphalia and Hesse regions are now able to receive Euronews in German, Arabic, Persian and Turkish, on channel 118 in the basic package.

Euronews, which is broadcast unencrypted on the Tele Columbus platform, reaches a total of 34 million homes in Germany.
