Nordic telco TeliaSonera has made a series of executive management changes.
The telco has named Hélène Barnekow as EVP for Sweden. Barnekow was previously head of group commercial for TeliaSonera.
Malin Frenning has been named as SVP overseeing group technology and the company’s ongoing transformation programme. Frenning was previously in charge of the Swedish operation, charged with creating an itegrated communications company spanning fixed and mobile telecoms and broadband and TV.
Current group CTO Sverker Hannervall is meanwhile to leave the company after seven years. He will be replaced as acting group CTO by Staffan Åkesson.
TeliaSonera said that Barnekow’s commercial role will be divided between Jonas Hasselberg and Jannike Grüner.
All changes will be effective from July 1.
