Polish broadcaster TVN has made a number of appointments to its board.
The broadcast group, which has interests in commercial free-to-air and pay TV in Poland, has named Arnold Bahlmann, Rodolphe Belmer, Michael Broniatowski, Paul Gricuk, Sophie Guieysse, Wojciech Kostrzewa, Bertrand Meheut, Wieslaw Rozłucki, Bruno Valsangiacomo, Peter Walter and Aldona Wejchert to its board.
Bahlmann is a senior advisor to private equity group Permira. Belmer is chief operating officer at Canal+ Group. Broniatowski is CEO of Polski Terminal Finansowy and Mount Tarango. Gricuk is chairman and founder of PG Energy. Guieysse is VP of human resources at Canal+.
Kostrzewa is president and CEO of ITI Group and chairman of TVN. Meheut is president and CEO of Canal+ Group. Rozłucki, a senior business and government consultant is, among others things, president of the stock exchange council of the Warsaw stock exchange. Valsangiacomo is an entrepreneur and founder shareholder of ITI Group. Walter has served as VP of the management board of TVN and director-general of broadcasting and TV. Wejchert is chairman of Multikino.
