BT TV attracted the most complaints among UK pay TV services recorded by regulator Ofcom in the nine months to December 2014, followed by TalkTalk.
Complaints about BT, focusing on service faults, provisioning, complaints handling and problems changing provider, totaled 0.15 per 1,000 subscribers, down slightly on the nine-months period ending in September. TalkTalk generated 0.1 complaints per 1,000 subscribers, also down slightly.
Virgin Media turned in 0.04 complaints per 1,000 subscribers, while Sky attracted fewest complaints at 0.01 per 1,000.
In broadband, EE attracted most complaints, with BT, Plusnet and TalkTalk also attracting above average numbers of complaints. Sky and Virgin Media attracted the fewest broadband complaints.
