Adult content provider Playboy Plus is launching a new channel, Reality Kings TV (RKTV) in Europe and has struck a distribution deal with pay TV operator M7 GROUP, which sees the continued carriage of Brazzers TV Europe and the immediate launch of RKTV in the Benelux and central and eastern Europe.
Reality Kings is already an established on-line brand around the World and is ranked number one in the Netherlands in terms of daily on-line traffic when compared to four local adult providers, according to Playboy.
To Facilitate the European launch, Playboy Plus has partnered with M7 Platform Services for satellite distribution, full monitoring and customer support of RKTV to third party operators. The Channel will be available 24 hours per day via Astra 3B at 23.5° East.
Following an initial test phase, RKTV will be rolled out alongside the pre-existing Brazzers TV Europe Channel to M7 Group subscribers in Benelux – via Canal Digitaal, Online.nl and TV Vlaanderen; and CEE – via Skylink. In addition, Brazzers TV Europe will also be available to M7’s DTH subscribers in Wallonia – via TéléSAT; and Austria – via AustriaSat.
Christina Foley, director of sales and distribution said, “Playboy Plus is confident that the existing VOD and on-line notoriety of the brand will ensure Reality Kings TV’s success throughout Europe as a complimentary hardcore offer to Brazzers TV Europe. M7 have proved they are a strong partner not only in terms of platform coverage, but full technical support and launch strategies. We are very proud to be working with them and look forward to further enhancing our relationship going forward.”
