ER-Telecom makes multiscreen available to all subs

Russian service provider ER-Telecom, which operates under the Dom.ru brand, has made its multiscreen TV service available to all Dom.ru subscribers. 

The multiscreen service is available via iOS and Android devices, or from PCs. Users can connect up to five devices. The service offers content from over 60 channels as well as a variety of on-demand shows and films. Services can be viewed over WiFi, 3G and LTE networks with a minimum connection speed of 300kbps.
