Ukrainian news channel Ukraine Today has launched in Spain on the Ono cable network owned by Vodafone.
The deal gives the international channel access to two million homes in the country.
Ukraine Today currently broadcasts via the Eutelsat Hotbird satellite position, which reaches 30-40 million households in Europe, Middle East and South Africa.
Tetyana Pushnova, executive producer of Ukraine Today, said: “The launch of Ukraine Today on the largest cable network in Spain is one more step in the international expansion of our news outlet. We have ambitious plans and in April, 2015, Ukraine Today will also be unveiled on several more cable networks in Western Europe.”
