Arris appoints senior vice-president and general counsel

Arris has appointed legal advisor Patrick Macken as its senior vice president and general counsel. 

Macken has provided legal counsel to Arris for more than 10 years as outside counsel at Troutman Sanders, where he most recently served as a partner in the firm’s corporate group.

In his new role he will oversee all aspects of Arris’ global legal function and will report to Arris chairman and CEO Bob Stanzione.
