Primacom boosted by DTK acquisition, digital growth

German cable operator Primacom grew its revenues by 37.2% last year to reach €131.6 million, while EBITDA grew by 55.3% to reach €55.2 million, thanks to its acquisition of sixth-ranked player DTK Group and higher sales of HDTV, broadband and telephony packages. 

Primacom said its sales of digital services grew by 33.5% last year, including DTK, while revenue-generating units increased by 24.8%.

Excluding DTK, Primacom grew its revenues to 4.7% to €100.4 million, while EBITDA increased by 16.7% to €41.5 million.
