Ukrainian cable operator Volia has named head of customer interaction Anton Dzyubenko to its board.
Dzyubenko said that he would focus on driving further improvement in the company’s customer service system. He said that Volia would this year focus on improving its service for internet subscribers as well as improving the efficiency of call centre and first-line support operations.
Volia CEO György Zsembery said that the appointment of Dzyubenko as a new board member would help the body make a more accurate assessment of the company’s performance and help it take the best decisions, particularly against the background of the crises experienced by Ukraine. He said that even against the background of difficult circumstances, Volia has still managed to attract new investment cash, enabling it to further invest in quality of service.
