Volia moves forward with EuroDOCSIS migration

Ukrainian cable operator Volia has completed the upgrade of its broadband network in four districts in the western Ukrainian city of Lviv to the EuroDOCSIS standard.

Volia said the migration from DOCSIS to EuroDOCSIS enabled it to triple the available bandwidth in the cityt and improve the quality of internet services.

Volia said it planned to complete its upgrade of a number of key districtes to EuroDOCSIS by the spring.
