Lithuanian service provider Skynet has launched a new HDTV IP set-top box provided by Arris.
The Arris-manufactured VIP 1113 box connects to the TV via an HDMI connector, and supports 1080p Full HD video and multichannel Dolby Digital 5.1 audio.
