Accedo has launched version 2.0 of its VIA multiscreen solution, in a bid to deliver a “better cross-platform experience.”
VIA 2.0 enhances second screen interaction, with full Chromecast support as well as integration possibilities for other technologies.
The update lets viewers watch and manage video content continuously, even when switching between devices during video playback.
It also includes an updated user interface, with improved content browsing and viewing capabilities and uses modern cloud and web technologies to enable scalable deployments.
“We launched Accedo VIA to solve technical challenges of creating and maintaining a multiplatform video service, enabling our customers to focus on their content strategy, consumer relationships and promotion. I’m thrilled to see the introduction of this latest version, which is a significant step forward and our best VIA product yet,” said Accedo CEO Michael Lantz.
