UPC Cablecom brings forward triple-play offering

UPC CablecomLiberty Global-owned Swiss cable operator UPC Cablecom has brought forward plans to promote a new Horizon Go-enabled multiscreen triple-play offering across its footprint. The operator had originally planned to launch the package in January.

The new UPC Cablecom 3-in-1 cable connection includes television, Internet and telephone for use at home or on the go for CHF30 (€25) a month.

The package includes over 65 unencrypted digital television channels, including 40 in HD, over 170 digital radio stations, 2Mbps internet access, landline telephony with no monthly basic fee and the UPC Phone app that allows users to make calls on a smartphone at their local fixed network rate.

Also included is access to multiscreen TV using using tablet, smartphone and computer on the go with the Horizon Go app. This includes multiscreen access to up to 60 channels and on-demand content via the MyPrime Light offering.
