TV software platform provider Zenterio has added Ekioh’s HTML5 TV browser to the range of products integrated within its TV operating system.
According to Zenterio, Ekioh’s TV broaser provides it with a range of features including the ability support HTML5 middleware and render the latest OTT portals from within its TV OS UI.
“Our longstanding partnership with Ekioh has been extremely successful and this new agreement is a logical extension. The joint solution has recently been deployed by Magyar Telekom in Hungary,” said Marco Frattolin, VP of product management at Zenterio.
“The Zenterio OS enables operators to independently choose their hardware and middleware solutions. Ekioh’s features and performance extend that independence and our minimal use of resources helps ensure tight cost management of the overall solution,” said Stephen Reeder, commercial director at Ekioh.
