Belarusian service provider Beltelecom has expanded the availability of its basic digital-terrestrial TV service to the Grodno region in the western part of the country.
Beltelecom’s Zala Standard package includes 18 channels covering kids, education, entertainment and sports genres.
Beltelecom has also now made a range of thematic packages available to a large part of the country, with the Detskiy, Dlya Dushi, Filmovy and Poznavatelno Razvlekatelny packages available in Ivievsk, Lida, Svisloch, Slonim, Mosty districta of Grodno region, Pinsk and Baranovichi district of Brest region, Mogilev district of Mogilev region and Petrikovsk district of Gomel region.
Beltelecom said its thematic packages should have about 50% of the country by the end of this year, expanding to 80% next year.
