Latvian cable operator Baltcom has named a new chairman and separately launched a new multiscreen service.
Baltcom has named András Piller, formerly CEO of Hungarian transmission services company Antenna Hungária, as chairman. Piller replaces Vojko Rovere, who will become group president and continue to be responsible for strategic development.

Separately, Baltcom has launched a new multiscreen service, TV Plus, which will enable viewers to watch TV on Android and iOS devices and the web, while viewing their home photos and videos, and playing music stored on their other devices, on the TV.
