Al Arabiya News, the English language platform of the Al Arabiya News Channel, has launched an app for BlackBerry 10 smartphones.
The app is available through the BlackBerry World store and is an extension of the English language Al Arabiya News website, offering articles as well as Al Arabiya News Channel video bulletins and flagship programs with English subtitles and transcripts.
“The new app will offer the most optimal content viewing experience and ensure our content becomes even more accessible and available for influential decision makers who need to conveniently access their news and analysis while on the go,” said Faisal J. Abbas, editor-in-chief of Al Arabiya News.
The Al Arabiya News Channel is based in Dubai and offers 24-hour news and analysis on Middle Eastern affairs.
