Vivendi mergers chief to leave

Vivendi’s senior vice-president for mergers and acquisitions, Régis Turrini, is to leave the group to take up a role as commissioner for the French State Holdings Agency.

Turrini has worked at Vivendi since 2003 and also held the role of senior executive vice-president, strategy and development. He will take up his new role on September 1.
