Al Arab news channel selects Vizrt

Middle Eastern news channel Al Arab has selected Vizrt to provide studio automation systems ahead of the station’s launch later this year. 

Al Arab will use two Vizrt-provided Viz Mosart studio automation systems in its two studios in Manama, the Bahraini capital. It has also bought Vizrt broadcast graphics and media asset management tools for the news channel.

The Arabic language Al Arab channel is due to launch this year and will broadcast political, economic, cultural, social and sport news about the Middle East and beyond.
