US-headquartered digital marketing firm Adknowledge has bought video ad firm TriVu Media – which aims to help advertisers better target their ads on sites like YouTube.
The deal marks Adknowledge’s second acquisition in the online video space since March, when it bought video seeding and ad platform Giant Media.
“TriVu brings an entirely new set of capabilities to our business, and it fits perfectly into our existing video product portfolio,” said Adknowledge CEO Ben Legg.
