Skylink adds EDGEsport

M7 Group-owned Czech and Slovak satellite pay TV operator Skylink has added HD sports channel EDGEsport to its programming line-up.

The channel, which covers sports including surfing, snowboarding skateboarding, BMX biking and freestyle motocross, is currently available on a trial basis but will be added as a permanent fixture at the end of May.

EDGEsport will air 24 hours a day and will be available to all prepaid customers with Skylink’s Kombi, HD Plus, Multi HD, Flexi 7 and Komplet packages.

EDGEsport will air from the Astra position at 23.5° East to Skylink subscribers with an HD decoder. The addition of the channel takes the total number of HD services on the platform to 27.
