Latvia’s Baltcom strikes deal with TV3

Latvian cable operator Baltcom has struck a deal to continue carrying Viasat Broadcasting-owned channel TV3 on its platform.

Baltcom chairman Vojko Rovere said that the company was “pleased to have been able to reach a mutually acceptable agreement on TV3’s retransmission”. The deal will enable Baltcom subscribers to continue watching TV3, carriage deals for which have been the subject of dispute between Viasat and distributors in the country.
