Set-top provider Pace has appointed former Comcast, Charter and Bell Atlantic executive Jim Henderson as president of its Pace International business unit.
Henderson replaces Shane McCarthy with immediate effect and takes responsibility for Pace’s business in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC) regions.
The firm said that as regional president, Henderson has responsibility for a team of more than 500 people and revenues of around US$800m.
“I am excited to have Jim join Pace in this position. His experience and drive will be great assets to Pace and I am confident he will lead our international business to achieve even greater levels of success,” said Pace CEO, Mike Pulli.
Henderson was previously vice president, strategic business procurement, supply chain and operations at Comcast, and vice president, corporate development, strategic products and advanced services at Charter. Most recently he founded a consulting company where he advised high-ranking executives on sales, marketing and operations strategies.
