Malta-based Melita makes board appointment

Melita, a Malta-based telecom services provider, has appointed former Telesystem International Wireless CEO, Bruno Ducharme, as an independent non-executive director.

Ducharme founded and served for 12 years as the CEO of Telesystem. He is now a private investor and also sits on the boards of Orange Switzerland, Tele2 Russia, Baltic telco Bité and UK fibre broadband firm Hyperoptic.
