The TV App Agency is partnering with content management and analytics specialists Nice People at Work to offer an analytics service built in to its smart TV app engine.
The deal will see the TV App Agency integrate into its apps Nice People at work’s analytics service, which offers information on user details and video performance, enabling real-time performance feedback.
“With Nice People at Work our customers are now going to be able to not only track issues and performance but also act when quality of service is low for example low bandwidth, therefore increasing customer satisfaction and retention,” said TV App Agency director and co-founder Bruno Pereira.
Fellow TV App Agency director and co-founder Andy Eardley will be speaking at this year’s TV Connect event in London on the panel discussion ‘what is the relationship between big data and multiscreen engagement’ at 17:40 on March 20.
