Kantar Media-owned market research firm TNS Baltic has announced plans to improve its TV audience measurement services in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania over the next four years.
TNS said the enhancements will include deploying Kantar Media’s latest TV measurement technology, phasing its current Eurometers that have been in use since 1999. It will also upgrade its processing systems to Kantar Media’s processing and panel management tool, Comtel.
“These enhancements will ensure the services which have been in place since 1999 (Latvia), 2000 (Lithuania) and 2003 (Estonia) continue to provide the most robust, transparent and credible TV currency for the Baltic markets,” said TNS.
Its clients in the region include Viasat/MTG, Baltic Media Alliance, Fox International Channels, as well as media agencies.
