Tablet TV proves popular with Finns
Over a third of Finnish internet users have a tablet device and two in five of tablet owners use their device to watch TV programmes, according to a survey by Finnish service provider DNA.
According to the survey, 33% of respondents now use a tablet, up from 18% last year. Of those, 51% said they used their tablets to watch video, up from 44%, while 39% said they used tablets to watch TV shows, up from 34%
Separately, DNA has struck a partnership with music service Deezer to bring the Deezer Premium+ service to smartphone and tablet customers.
The service will be available to DNA subscribers from March 3.
