ProSiebenSat.1 has completed the sale of its Hungarian channels to their management.
The deal, announced in December, will see the management of TV2, FEM 3 PRO 4 and Super TV2 take over ownership of the channels.
The move is in line with ProSiebenSat.1’s strategy of withdrawing from eastern European TV and radio, following the sale of its northern European portfolio in December 2012, to focus on the German speaking region and digital business.
