The Baby Channel and Planet Knowledge join LG smart TVs

A string of content channels, including pre-school targeted The Baby Channel and multi-screen factual service Planet Knowledge, are set to become available on LG smart TVs and Blu-ray players. 

The global deal, agreed between LG and content firm Vonetize, will also include Vonetize’s VOD music service Total Music, meditation video service Mentors Channel, and Indian cinema service The Bollywood Channel.

The deal follows a similar agreement between Vonetize and Samsung. Vonetize said it plans to continue expanding in 2014, bringing its premium services to additional platforms, devices and countries.
