Blinkbox launches PS3 app

Tesco-owned UK video-on-demand store Blinkbox has launched a dedicated app for the Sony PlayStation 3 console.

Blinkbox is already available via Microsoft Xbox games consoles, as well as on PCs, Macs, Android and Apple tablets, selected set-top boxes and Blu-ray players and on Samsung, LG, Phillips and Toshiba smart TVs.

Blinkbox said that the PS3 app would give almost 6 million homes access to its movie and TV series offering and demonstrates its “commitment to delivering stellar entertainment to as many people as possible, on a wide variety of devices.”
