Vodafone completes Kabel Deutschland acquisition

Vodafone has completed its acquisition of Kabel Deutschland by acquiring 76.57% of the company’s share capital.

Vodafone said its voluntary public takeover offer was settled and complete as of yesterday. The company intends to enter into a ‘domination and profit and loss transfer agreement’ (DPL) in line with German legislation.
