Finnish service provider DNA’s fourth largest shareholder KPY Sijoitus has struck a deal to sell its 12.97% take in the company to Finda and PHP Holding for €103 million.
The shares will be split evenly between the two buyers. Finda, DNA’s largest shareholder, will hold a 39.05% stake after the transaction, while PHP Holding will become the company’s second largest shareholder with a 26.24% stake.
