Google adds TV show information to search results

Google is adding more TV information to its search results, making it easier for users to find out about specific episodes of their favourite programmes. 

Announcing the update yesterday, Google said that US users looking for a specific show will now see all episodes listed along with their air dates.

They will also be able to click on an episode title to see relevant results, with this new episode information to be displayed alongside details that users can already find like ratings, cast and characters.
