Belarusian pay TV operator Beltelecom is set to trial a range of new TV channels on its Zala TV service.
The firm said the new stations include a domestic and foreign movies and TV series channel called Retro. This will air documentary films, music and comedy programs, TV series and dramas created in the Soviet Union, Russia, the US, western and eastern Europe.
Other channels include: Bollywood film and Indian TV show channel, India TV; a Russian TV serials channel called Phoenix+Cinema; Russian music channel La Minor; and Weapons, a channel dedicated entirely to TV programmes about weapons.
In August Beltelecom added four other new channels to Zala TV – comedy channel Komediya TV, music channel Muzyka Pervogo, entertainment channel Sony Turbo and horror channel NST.
