Telekom Slovenije’s supervisory board has approved the sale of its Albanian enterprise-focused telecom service provider Primo as part of a strategic reorientation that saw it consolidate activities of its TSmedia subsidiary earlier this year.
The Slovenian operator said its goals for 2013 remained the stabilisation of the company’s revenues and the implementation of cost reductions.
Separately, the board approved the extentsion of the mandate of Igor Bohorč as manager of Bosnian triple-play operator and Telekom Slovenije subsdiary Blicnet.
