Inea creates social network for customer interaction
Polish cable operator Inea is creating a dedicated social networking site to interact with its customers and allow them to express their views on the company’s services and suggest improvements.
The inea.pl/idea site will allow users to submit ideas and suggestions to improve services and to raise issues, and will also be open to non-Inea subscribers.
The move follows what Inea describes as the success of its Facebook site, which allows customers to interact and comment on or ‘like’ the company’s service offerings.
