Inea creates social network for customer interaction

Polish cable operator Inea is creating a dedicated social networking site to interact with its customers and allow them to express their views on the company’s services and suggest improvements.

The site will allow users to submit ideas and suggestions to improve services and to raise issues, and will also be open to non-Inea subscribers.

The move follows what Inea describes as the success of its Facebook site, which allows customers to interact and comment on or ‘like’ the company’s service offerings.
