The service is expected to run free-to-air, sitting alongside Discovery’s other ad supported free TV offering in the country, DMax.
Discovery declined to comment, but sources told DTVE sister publication TBI that launch plans are underway.
The US-listed channel operator has been aggressively rolling out TLC internationally, with a UK launch earlier this year. It has also been rolled out in Latin America, Scandinavia and Central and Eastern Europe.
