NTV+ adds TLC to line-up

Russian pay TV operator NTV+ has added Discovery’s TLC to its channel line-up.

The female-focused channel will be available in Russian and English 24 hours a day as part of NTV+’sHD package.

Earlier this month Discovery announced that a block from the OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network would launch on TLC Russia on September 1.
